<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure of a differential device which can efficiently supply lubricating oil into the differential device. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricating structure of the differential device includes a differential case capable of supporting a pair of axles rotatably by a pair of inboard portion, and a final driven gear attached to the differential case, and is rotatably attached to a transmission case. In a spiral groove, its depth becomes deep gradually toward a direction from the end of the inboard portion to the differential device.
