<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nucleic acid amplification method to which the reaction principle of the LAMP(loop-mediated isothermal amplification) method is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A primer set for amplifying a target nucleic acid sequence is provided, being characterized in containing at least two primers(A) each comprising a nucleic acid sequence region(a), a nucleic acid sequence region (b) complementary to the sequence of the region (a), and a nucleic acid sequence region (c) complementary to a region(c') in a target nucleic acid sequence, in this order from the 3' terminal side to the 5' terminal side of the primer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
