<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize electronic data requiring copyright protection while attaining the copyright protection. <P>SOLUTION: The information communication device according to the present invention is provided for mainly transmitting/receiving AV data within an individual house and comprises a transmitting apparatus 2 and a receiving apparatus 3 connected to a home network 1.
