SUPERCONDUCTOR, SUPERCONDUCTIVE MAGNETIC FIELD GENERATING ELEMENT, SUPERCONDUCTIVE MAGNETIC FIELD GENERATING APPARATUS, AND NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical superconductor which traps a correctable and uniform magnetic field in a hollow part of itself by magnetization, to provide a superconductive magnetic field generating element which forms the correctable and uniform magnetic field, to provide a superconductive magnetic field generating apparatus having high magnetic field uniformity, and to provide a compact nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus with which precise analysis can be carried out.

SOLUTION: Influence of the superconductor itself and its surrounding members to the turbulence of an applied magnetic field is obtained by analysis of the magnetic fields, and optimal conditions of them are selected to make the uniformity of the magnetic field trapped in the center area of the superconductor to be≤10 ppm.
