PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of suppressing the reinterference of a peeled protective film and a work. SOLUTION: The device includes a work supporting means 3 capable of supporting the work 90 in such a manner that a first face 90a stuck with a film 91 of the work 90 attains the stood state, a head 4 capable of holding a part of the film 91, and a moving means 5 which moves the work supporting means 3 and/or the head 4 from the state of holding a part for the edge of the protective film 91 held stood together with the work 90 by the head 4 to a state of peeling the film 91 from the first face 90a in the state that a part of the edge of the film 91 is held by the head 4.
