RADIATION SOLID STATE DETECTOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation solid state detector with a pixel density increased by reducing the intervals between linear wires for signals. SOLUTION: The radiation solid state detector 10 includes lots of signal linear wires 15a arranged for detecting recorded image information as image signals, and a signal detecting means arranged on the side of an opposed side 10b substantially perpendicular to the signal linear wires 15a and connected to the signal linear wires 15a for detecting signals transmitted via the signal linear wires 15a. Nodes 15b between the signal linear wires 15a extending substantially perpendicular to the opposed side 10b and the signal detecting means are arranged so as to have different distances from the opposed side 10b.
