PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous-phosphor-containing molded article of which the light emission unevenness and light emission temporal change are small and which sufficiently resists the circumstance as a disaster-preventing or crime-preventing article and considers convenience in use; and its production method.
