PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition affording a molded product having advantageous impact resistance and excellent bending strength. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (A) a resin comprising an aromatic vinyl monomer as an essential constituting monomer; and (B) a silicone-grafted resin comprising (b1) a (meth)acryloyl group-containing silicone and (b2) an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 1-20C alkyl group, as essential constituting monomers, wherein the (b1) (meth)acryloyl group-containing silicone has a number average molecular weight of 500 to 3,000.
