PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tank truck without a tank truck accidental start preventive function from accidentally starting while it is connected with a base via a connection pipe. SOLUTION: An apparatus for preventing accidental start of the tank truck which prevents the tank truck 2 connected with the base 1 via a liquid hose 1a provided on the base 1 from accidentally starting is structured such that an engine key 2a of the truck 2 is detected by an engine key detection sensor 1d, closure of a door of an engine key storage box 1c is detected by a door detection sensor 1f, the liquid cannot be supplied from the base 1 to the truck 2 via the hose 1a unless the door of the box 1c is locked by a door locking device 1e, and the door locking device 1e cannot be unlocked unless the liquid hose 1a is detected by a liquid hose detection sensor 1h.
