The two-part roof or wall tile, of a coarse ceramic material, has a hollow zone (3) with the upper (1) and lower (2) parts of materials with a different overall heat transfer. A fluid or gas medium can flow through the hollow zone in a serpentine path. Inflow and outflow connections can be fitted selectively to the upper and lower sides to link with neighboring tiles.
