A camera module(100) is composed of a ceramic substrate(110) having a window(111) formed in the center and a cavity(119) formed at the side to install parts; a passive element(190) mounted in the cavity of the ceramic substrate; an image sensor(120) installed at the lower side of the ceramic substrate and provided with a light receiving unit exposed through the window; and optical units(130,160) installed on the upper part of the ceramic substrate and equipped with at least one lens at the inside.
