A command decoder of a semiconductor memory is provided to prevent timing mismatch while reducing current consumption and area. A control unit(100) generates a decoding control signal and a driving control signal by using at least one internal signal and a plurality of external signals. A decoding unit(200) decodes the plurality of external signals according to the decoding control signal. A driving unit(300) outputs at least one operation command by driving the output of the decoding unit according to the driving control signal.
