<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flyer management server device and a retrieval terminal device connectable to the flyer data management server device for allowing an advertiser to distribute flyers to a demanding customer and allowing the prospective consumer to acquire the flyers distributed locally without respect to an address or a location of the prospective consumer. <P>SOLUTION: The flyer data management server device 10 is provided with a flyer data storage part 12 storing flyer data in a completed document file format, an attribute information storage part 13 storing attribute information of the flyer data in a pair with storage location information of the flier data storage part 12, a registration control part 16 controlling a registration procedure from a registration terminal 30, and a browsing control part 15 controlling retrieval/browsing procedure from a retrieval terminal device 20.
