PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction support system and a transaction support method that can efficiently collect bills for application.

SOLUTION: A seller prepares a blog, using a seller terminal 10. A blog site server 30 receiving a blog registration request transmits an account settlement support service utilization request to a transaction support server 20 when an account settlement support request flag is included. A control part 21 of the transaction support server 20 gives an account settlement support URL to the received account settlement support service utilization request and records it in a recruitment data storage part 22. A control part 21 provides the blog site server 30 with the account settlement URL. The blog site server 30 attaches the account settlement support URL to a blog article and opens it to the public. The control part 21 of the transaction support server 20 receiving a transaction request from a purchaser terminal 15 through the account settlement support URL specifies the recruitment of a transaction object and carries out account settlement processing between itself and the purchaser terminal 15.
