PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device for a vehicle capable of performing proper rest guide to a user of the vehicle. SOLUTION: Just after start of driving of the vehicle, an ECU 9 predicts a traveling spot on a traveling route or a moving route of the vehicle after passage of the first set time. When a resting area is not provided in a prescribed range from the predicted traveling spot, the ECU 9 performs guidance of recommendation of taking a rest at every time when approaching each resting area stoppable-by during a period from traveling start of the vehicle until passage of the first set time.
