PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily catch a sound outputted from a speaker even in the state that a user stays in a facility for emitting a large sound volume for a long period of time and ears of the user are hardly catch the sound. SOLUTION: The vehicular speech output unit determines whether or not one's own vehicle is parked at a parking place of the facility for emitting the large sound volume for a predetermined reference time or longer based on the one's own vehicle position and information (object facility data) indicating the parking place of the facility for emitting the large sound volume memorized in a memory part 11 (S202). When it is determined that the one's own vehicle is parked at the parking place of the facility for emitting the large sound volume for a predetermined reference time or longer, it is presumed that the ears of the user hardly catch the sound by the large sound volume and it is controlled so as to increase the sound volume of the speaker 40 (S206).
