PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker apparatus, wherein a speaker unit provided with a diaphragm, a speaker frame supporting the diaphragm, and a weight extended from a rear side of the speaker frame is arranged to an upper end of a cabinet unit of nearly a cylindrical shape stood upright in a way that the diaphragm is directed upward and the weight is vertically suspended inside the cabinet, that improves the effect of reflection sound from a wall face and enhances the containability when the speaker apparatus is attached to the wall face. SOLUTION: The cabinet unit 2 of nearly cylindrical shape to the upper end of which the speaker unit 1 is fitted is supported from the wall face W via an arm unit 4 configured telescopically in a horizontal direction so that a distance between the speaker apparatus and the wall face W is sufficiently apart from each other at reproduction of music and the speaker apparatus is moved to the wall face W when no music is reproduced.
