PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus and system capable of improving a communication quality even if an intersymbol interference by a multipulse generates. SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus 100 at a transmission side transmits a known symbol row whose code decision object symbol is "1" and the known symbol row whose code decision object symbol is "0" to each pattern which a symbol for an interference generating estimation term can get in a transmission frame. The radio communication apparatus 100 at a receiving side sets a data apportioner 130 to sort the known symbol rows according to the patterns, a threshold detector 135 to generate a first code decision threshold from the known symbol row having a first pattern, a threshold detector 136 to generate a second code decision threshold, and a code judging portion 125 to conduct a code decision of a receiving signal by using a threshold set including the first code decision threshold and the second threshold and to output decision results as a demodulation data.
