PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication karaoke system and a karaoke performance terminal, capable of performing customer service by significantly suppressing operating frequency of a communication line, while recommending a song which reflects using history of nationwide customers. SOLUTION: A performance order totaling information file is provided in a host device 2. In the file, a song group list which is played next to the song, is related to each song, and performance frequency of each song on each list is systematically totaled. The host device 2 collects a performance order history data in each karaoke performance terminal on a timely basis, and based on the data, the performance frequency of each song group list in the file is updated, and thereafter, the file is distributed to each karaoke performance terminal 1 on a timely basis. Each karaoke performance terminal 1 refers to the file every time accompaniment music of each song is played, and the prescribed number of songs are extracted in a high performance frequency order, based on the song group list corresponding to each song, and the songs together with a song name and a song selection number are displayed on a display device, for recommendation as next performance candidates.
