PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create language material data dealing with today's news and topics information etc. currently in conversation, with simple operation. SOLUTION: Text data are divided by the unit of a sentence, and sentence voice data 903 are generated by performing voice synthesizing processing for each divided sentence. Sentence voice material data 901 are generated by adding the sentence and sentence information to a header section 902 of sentence voice data 903, and a material creation terminal implements creation processing of language material data by connecting each of the generated sentence voice material data 901.
