PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnifying observation device for visual examination capable of reducing the load of an inspection worker. SOLUTION: The for visual examination includes an imaging part 12 for imaging the inspection target within a predetermined observation region, a memory region 14a for storing the image data of the image taken by the imaging part 12 and a display device 20 for displaying the taken image on the basis of the image data stored in the memory region 14a and also equipped with an input part 15a and an input device 15b both of which write addition data on the screen of the display device 20 and a memory region 14b for storing the addition data separately from the image data of the taken image. The display device 20 reads the addition data stored in the memory region 14b to display the addition data and the taken image of the inspection target in a superposed state.
