PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle, which could be a bicycle, a motorbike, a scooter, a tricycle, etc., made not to bump and harm other person with a part of itself while running. SOLUTION: The vehicle, which could be a bicycle, a motorbike, a scooter, a tricycle, etc., is provided with a cushioning material 24 on a suitable part of its surface for preventing it from harming other person while running. The vehicle could be a bicycle and a front end of a mudguard of its front wheel is extended forward. The cushioning material could be provided at least on the peripheral surface of the mudguard extended forward. The vehicle could be a bicycle and the bicycle is mounted with the cushioning material on its front basket. The cushioning material could be provided around a steering wheel.
