PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle structure with a function for taking out a spare tire, capable of easily taking out a spare tire from a position under a seat. SOLUTION: In the condition wherein a rear seat 20 is turned forward of a vehicle around a support shaft 32 provided in a front part of a seat cushion 22, a moving part 40 fitted to the seat cushion 22 is interlocked with the rear seat 20. With this structure, when an upper part of a seat back 24 of the rear seat 20 is pushed forward of the vehicle by a worker, the interlocked part 40 is displaced upward of the vehicle with the rear seat 20 to raise up a spare tire 18 housed under the seat.
