A memory interfacing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to access data without issuing an initialization command and an access select command immediately if a memory desired to be accessed is the same as a currently accessed memory, to thus not cause an unnecessary time delay. When a reset event occurs, the second controller checks memories and recognizes their unique IDs(S111). When a key is inputted(S113), the first or the second controller checks whether a new memory access event has occurred with respect to the memories(S115). The second controller checks a currently accessed memory and a memory aimed be accessed corresponding to a new memory access event(S117). The second controller checks whether the memory corresponding to the new memory access event and the currently accessed memory are the same(S119). If the currently accessed memory and the memory corresponding to the new memory access event are the same, the second controller immediately performs an access event to the corresponding memory(S121). When the memory access event is completed, the controller stores the memory access information(S127).
