An oil control valve of a vehicle engine is provided to improve responding property by positioning a driving unit of a working unit higher than a valve unit. An oil control valve of a vehicle engine includes an operating unit(100) and a connector(300). The operating unit changes the flow path of fluid which is led to a continuously variable valve timing unit. The connector transmits power from an external source to the operating unit. The operating unit is arranged on the top of a cam cap and positioned inside a head cover.
