<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of keeping its inside in a clean state. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with an air passage for communicating a suction port formed on an equipment body surface with a diffusing port thereon, and having a plurality of routes partitioned in parallel, a movable louver provided in the diffusing port, a filter arranged in the air passage to clean passing air, a plurality of air fans located in the downstream of the filter and arranged in the plurality of routes partitioned in parallel, respectively, and a disinfecting means arranged in the downstream of the filter in the air passage to feed a disinfecting substance into the air passage, the air passage includes the first route arranged with the first air fan, and the second route arranged with the second air fan, either of the first air fan or the second air fan is operated in a state that the diffusing port is closed by the louver, and the air conditioner is thereby operated to circulate air taken in from the suction port in the first route and the second route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
