<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical transceiver for suppressing the deterioration of the precision of the transmission speed of a transmission optical signal. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transceiver 1 includes: a transmission speed compensating means 20 for receiving input of an electric signal and a reference clock signal, and for outputting an electric signal synchronously with the reference clock signal; an electric/optic conversion means 30 for converting the output of the transmission speed compensation means into an optical signal; a signal generator 40 for generating a reference clock signal; and a control circuit 60 for detecting the temperature of the signal generator, and for outputting a control signal corresponding to the temperature, wherein the frequency of the reference clock signal is stabilized by a control signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
