<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for fabricating a highly reliable high performance photoelectric converter with low cost while enhancing productivity of joint between a conductive substrate and crystal semiconductor particles. <P>SOLUTION: The process for fabricating a photoelectric converter 1 comprises a step for forming a metal layer 26 of a predetermined pattern on a metal plate principally comprising one selected from a group of iron, titanium, nickel and copper, or on a conductive substrate 19 comprising a laminate laminating a plurality of the metal plates; and a step for forming an eutectic layer 18 by placing one conductivity type crystal semiconductor particles 10 on the metal layer 26, and heating the crystal semiconductor particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
