PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a whole device securing an air flow path between the periphery of a disk and a top cover side wall. SOLUTION: Height of a base plate side wall 56 of a base plate for a bottom part 55 is made smaller than height of a disk 57 for the bottom part. A top cover side wall 46 of a top cover 40 is extended forward the lower part, further it is extended to the periphery of the top of the base plate side wall exceeding the disk, and the air flow path 455 having width d4 is formed at an inner plane of the top cover side wall and the periphery of the disk, or between them. The top cover is formed thinner than the base plate, that is, as thickness of the top plate side wall is thinner than the base plate side wall, size of the base plate can be made small.
