PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output history information stored in an interior, which is outputted in response to a request of an exclusive terminal recovered from an installed location, and connected, in an installed state. SOLUTION: In the gas appliance or the disaster prevention/crime prevention related apparatus, the history information normally not outputted from fire alarms 1, 4, 5, 8 unless the fire alarms 1, 4, 5, 8 recovered from installed locations by replacement or the like are not connected to the exclusive terminal, is outputted to a handy terminal 9 in a state of leaving the fire alarms 1, 4, 5, 8 installed by outputting history output request signals requesting output of the stored history information along with inspection start request signals requesting starting of an inspection mode to the object fire alarms 1, 4, 5, 8 from the handy terminal 9 via radio units 2, 3, 6, 7.
