PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection device where an optical member required for restraining all sorts of aberrations is arranged while guaranteeing miniaturization and thinning. SOLUTION: The projection device is provided with: a projection optical system configured to form an image and project it to a screen; a first deflection means configured to deflect a light ray radiated from the projection optical system in a direction where it goes away from the screen in the depth direction of the projection device; a second deflection means configured to deflect the light ray deflected by the first deflection means and deflect it toward the top plate surface of the projection device while correcting aberration; and a third deflection means disposed along the top plate surface and configured to deflect the light ray deflected by the second deflection means to go toward the screen. An optical path, in a cross section taken on a plane including a line intersecting with the screen of the projection device at the center thereof in an ordinary use state and extending vertically, perpendicular to the screen, of a light ray that is incident on the lowermost position of the screen out of the light ray reflected by the second deflection means is substantially parallel to the screen.
