PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to securely and electrostatically discharge a toner image transferred from a surface of an image carrier to a form by a transfer member and then to securely prevent the form from electrostatically being wound around the image carrier through the toner image. SOLUTION: A printer 10 comprises a photoreceptor drum 131 which can revolve while having a toner image T formed by electrically attracting toner along an electrostatic latent image formed on a surface, a transfer roller 32 which is disposed opposite to the surface of the photoreceptor drum 131 and electrostatically transfers the toner image T to the form, a discharger 33 which removes electricity by producing an electric field E so as to electrostatically separate the form P from the photoreceptor drum 131 where the toner image T is transferred, and a conductive member 34 which is interposed between the discharger 33 and transfer roller 32 to orient the electric field E produced by the discharger 33.
