PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg adjustment mechanism capable of enlarging the adjustable range of a tilt angle without making a leg longer, and to provide a projector equipped with the leg adjustment mechanism. SOLUTION: A leg shifting part 100 as the leg adjustment mechanism to shift the leg and vary the tilt angle in the setting of electronic equipment (e.g., projector 1) is arranged in a housing 10 for the electronic equipment (e.g., projector 1), the leg shifting part 100 includes: a vertical moving part 200 constituted of a leg main body 210 that can freely move in a vertical direction related to the housing 10; a back-and-forth moving part 300 that can freely move the vertical moving part 200 backward and forward related to the housing 10; and a movement guide part 400 arranged in the housing 10 so as to guide the movement of the back-and-forth moving part 300.
