PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimensional shrinkage of a mineral oil-containing synthetic resin member to afford a good and stable supply of a lubricating oil to a rolling member and furthermore to enable exhibition of good mechanical properties. SOLUTION: This capsule-containing synthetic resin member comprises 2 to less than 50 mass%, based on the entire weight of the synthetic resin after molding, capsules containing not less than 50 mass%, based on the total weight of the capsules, mineral oil.
