PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator for a carrying device reducing constraint related to installation with respect to the carrying device and the carrying device equipped with the static eliminator for the carrying device. SOLUTION: In the carrying device 1, the static eliminator 10 is mounted between roller members 3, 3 fitted between frames 2, 2. The static eliminator 10 comprises a static eliminating member 20 and static eliminating member fixtures 30. The static eliminator 10 is mounted to the carrying device 1 by inserting the static eliminating member fixtures 30, 30 into spaces between the roller members 3, 3 and the frames 2, 2 from the upper direction and inserting the static eliminating member 20 into a space between the static eliminating member fixtures 30, 30 from the upper direction.
