PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a folding state and a walk-in state, and to improve an expanding ratio of a getting on/off space of a seat positioned on a rear side by sufficiently ensuring a space where the seat is moved forward in the walk-in state. SOLUTION: The folding seat can form the folding state and the walk-in state for the seat positioned on a rear side. A seat cushion 20 is coupled to a floor side member (a leg 24) by a first link 30, and coupled to a seat back 22 by a second link 32. In a normal state of the seat, a coupling portion (a coupling pin 32a) between a second link 32 and the seat cushion is disposed at a position above a straight line connecting a coupling portion (a coupling pin 30a) of a first link 30 and a coupling portion (a coupling pin 32b) of a second link 32 to the seat back. A rotation regulating member (a link lock 34) regulating rotations of the first link 30 to the floor side member is constructed to release the regulation of rotations when the folding state is formed.
