PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the transformation of seat arrangements between a seated condition and a getting in/out condition by a simple operation in a vehicle seat device. SOLUTION: The seat arrangements include the seated condition allowing an occupant to be seated, and the getting in/out condition in which a seat cushion 12 is erected. Moreover, the vehicle seat device is provided with a tilt mechanism 18 changing the tilt angle of the seat cushion 12 interlockingly with the slide of the seat cushion 12 and a seat back 14 by a seat slide mechanism 16, and the seat arrangements are transformed via the tilt mechanism 18. The tilt angle of the seat cushion 12 is changed by sliding the seat cushion 12 and the seat back 14, thereby transforming the seat arrangements.
