PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device which holds a wheel irrespective of the size of the wheel. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking device (1) comprises: a pair of holding members (6, 21) arranged on both sides of a wheel (A1) composed of a wheel (A1a) and a tire (A1b) supported by an outer circumferential surface of the wheel (A1a); and a holding member moving device (31) which slidably moves the holding member (21) of at least one of the pair of holding members (6, 21) between the holding position at which both sides of the tire (A1b) are held to impair the turn of the wheel (A1), and the separate position separate from the wheel (A1).
