PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue that the mode of buying pipe products in large quantities and transporting them to the execution spot to be used makes a cost required in transport enormous and causes the traffic quantity accompanied by transport to be increased or the amount of an exhaust gas to be increased. SOLUTION: A resin pipe manufacturing method requires pipe manufacturing equipment having the function for successively performing a dissolving process for heating a raw material to dissolve the same, an extraction process for extracting a necessary component from the dissolved raw material, a molding process for molding the resin pipe using the extracted component and a cooling process for cooling the molded resin pipe. A set of equipments required in the manufacture of the resin pipe is constituted of moving type manufacturing units 4, 6, 8 and 10, and a pipe manufacturing system for manufacturing the resin pipe at a use place is put to practical use by transferring the moving type manufacturing units 4, 6, 8 and 10 to the use place by a transport vehicle 24.
