PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washstand unit, comprising a basin that can be stowed, in which breakage due to deployment and stowage of the basin is less likely to occur, and occupied space in the wall surface is smaller. SOLUTION: The basin 12 is installed to be rotatable to an installation base plate 11. When used, the basin 12 is applied to an overhang part 26 provided as a stopper on the installation base plate 11 to be fixed as a water receiving surface 32 is directed upward, so that water from a faucet 22 is received. After use, the water receiving surface 32 is raised toward a base plate main body 21 to drain water, and stowed as occupied width toward the user's side is smaller than when in use in the wall surface stowage washstand unit.
