BIOPESTICIDE FOR CONTROLLING SCALE INSECT AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare natural enemy insects as a biopesticide for controlling scale insects which are difficultly controlling pest insects having developed agrochemical resistance, and provide a method for controlling the pest insects using the natural enemy insects as the biopesticide. SOLUTION: Damages of field crops and fruits caused by the scale insects which are the pest insects having agrochemical resistance are prevented in advance by selecting Pseudoscymnus hareja series insects which are excellent conventional natural enemy insects from tea gardens, growing the insects in a large scale and suitably distributing the insects as the natural enemy insects as the biopesticide to tea gardens, ume gardens, pear gardens and the like.
