<p>An image sensor comprises a pixel array including a plurality of unit pixels arranged in a matrix type, a row driver configured to select a row line of the pixel array, a plurality of read out circuits each driven at a different timing, shared by a plurality of column lines and configured to remove a fixed pattern noise of the unit pixel cell, and convert an analog image signal into a digital image signal, a plurality of line memories each configured to store image information of at least two or more row lines of the column line of the pixel array outputted from the read out circuit, and a column decoder configured to decode an address signal of a column direction and output image information stored in the line memory corresponding to the column line in response to the address signal.</p> |
