Provided is a high glossy sheet which is attached to a plate such as an aluminum plate, an iron plate, a steel plate, and the like to show a metal effect. An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet which is environment-friendly, significantly reduces the number of processes and manufacturing costs, has a surface almost similar to that of a metal plate. In order to accomplish the object, the present invention provides a high glossy sheet which is attached to a plate and shows an appearance similar to that of a metal surface, including: a polyethylene terepthalate (PET) film disposed at the top layer; an adhesive layer applied to a lower surface of the PET film layer; an aluminum foil disposed at a lower surface of the adhesive layer; and a primer layer applied to a lower surface of the aluminum foil.
