AGENT FOR IMPARTING INK-JET INK RECEPTIBILITY TO FABRIC AND FABRIC PROCESSED WITH THE SAME

An agent for imparting ink-jet ink receptibility to fabrics which comprises 100 parts by mass of a carboxylated acrylic copolymer (A) obtained by emulsion polymerization with a nonionic emulsifying agent, 30-100 parts by mass of a cationic water-soluble resin (B), and 3-20 parts by mass of a resin (C) having an oxazoline group. With this agent for imparting ink-jet ink receptibility to fabrics, a fabric can be obtained which, when printed with an ink-jet printer, is inhibited from suffering ink running even when the ink is ejected in an increased amount, and is excellent in penetration to the fabric back side. The resultant print has such highwater resistance and high fastness to rubbing that it does not fade even in outdoor use.
