An apparatus for removing the skin part of wild vegetables and sprout vegetables is provided to reduce the amount of liquid used for the removal. An apparatus for removing the skin part of wild vegetables and sprout vegetables comprises: a loading part(5) which has a plurality of fragment-passing holes and a loading side(4); a vibration applying device(6) which vibrates the loading part in the cross direction to the loading side; a liquid spurting device(7) which spurts liquid from the upper part of the loading part; a liquid collecting device(10) which collects the liquid flowing from the loading part; and a liquid supply device(11) which supplies the liquid collected by the liquid recovery device to the liquid spurting device.
