An air bag door for a passenger seat is provided to reduce weight and manufacturing cost by fixing a door panel whose one side is attached to the instrument panel and the other sides are inserted into the rib. An air bag door for a passenger seat comprises a hole part(202) formed at an instrument panel of the passenger seat, a rib(210) placed at the periphery of the hole part to be extended from the instrument panel, and a door panel(100) whose one side is attached to the instrument panel and the other sides are inserted into the rib. The door panel consists of a combining part(104) attached to the instrument panel, and a hinge part(106) extended from the combining part. The rib has a placing part(212) supporting the lower surface of the door panel.
