<p>In this system, a measurement coil with a moving element forms part of an oscillator. The degree of overlap with an object, varies a pulse frequency of the oscillator. A second oscillator is used as a reference oscillator and includes a reference coil. The reference coil is defined such that it either completely overlaps or is overlapped by the moveable measurement element, so that the pulse frequency ((f(h), f(T)) of the associated reference oscillator (Ref-High; Ref-Low) does not depend on the degree of overlap. A digital evaluation circuit counts and computes the pulse frequencies (f; F).</p> |
