A folding control rubber hanger structure for a vehicle muffler is provided to prevent a hanger from being deflected by the weight of the vehicle muffler and control deformation of the hanger by changing the portion where compression is applied. A folding control rubber hanger structure for a vehicle muffler includes an elliptical outer hanger(10), an inner hanger(20), and hanger rod holes(14a,14b). The outer hanger has guide grooves(12) such that the outer hanger is applied with tension and compression load at the same time. The inner hanger, made of rubber, is inserted into the guide grooves of the outer hanger. The hanger rod holes are formed at the upper and lower portions of the outer hanger.
