A foam pad used in a suction cup is provided to realize increased conductivity, to enable finger pressing effect and magnetic therapy simultaneously with electric impact treatment, and to prevent excessive introduction of moisture into the cup. A foam pad detachable from a suction cup attached to the skin in an electric impact treatment system comprises a part imparting effects of electro-conduction, finger press and magnetic therapy, wherein the part is mounted in a groove or hole provided in the pad of the suction cup. The part includes magnetizable metals or permanent magnets optionally having a circular, bar or spring shape.
