A coordinate transformation device for electrical signal connection is provided to electrically connect signals on a narrow-pitch line array on a low-priced print wiring substrate having sparse electrodes without intervention of a multi-layered technique. A coordinate transformation device for electrical signal connection includes an element, a y-direction wiring group(6-M), and a x-direction wiring group. The element has narrow-pitch line array probe input terminal(200-i) and probe output terminal(300-i-m). The narrow-pitch line array probe input terminal and probe output terminal are contacted and conducted with a wafer pad(11). In the element, the probe output terminal is plane-arranged on a substantial plane in a sparse pitch. In the y-direction wiring group, the probe output terminal and a transformation wiring input terminal cross each other to be contacted and conducted with each other. The x-direction wiring group crosses an output terminal of the y-direction wiring group to be conducted.
